Mango Strawberry Salsa


This is a sweet salsa with a little bit of kick! We love it in tacos, on top of quesadillas, with chips on tostadas or just with a chicken breast and bed of lettuce. This makes a party size serving. It’s great for Cinco de Mayo or a summer barbeque.

Mango Strawberry Salsa


2 mangos (diced)

1/2 white onion, chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped

2 tomatoes, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

6 strawberries, chopped

2 avocados, diced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

juice from 1 lime

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

Stir together and serve! Best eaten fresh that day.
