Garlic Balsamic Marinade

1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

4 garlic cloves, chopped or 1 tsp garlic powder

2 TBSP soy sauce

1 TBSP freshly chopped rosemary ( can substitute 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasonings)

1 tsp sugar or honey

1/2 tsp ground mustard

Whisk together and pour over your meat of choice (If you prefer, saute garlic in oil before mixing). I like it best with chicken or steak. Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes-24 hours.

Cook up your meat in your preferred way. My preference is to grill it!! You can also use this for vegetables. It's delicious on zucchini and yellow crook neck squash. 

Remaining marinade must be boiled to serve as a sauce.
