Candied Pecans

I looooove candied pecans!! These are simply delicious in salads, oatmeal, and in desserts. Plus they are super simple to make. I even love them by themselves with a handful of dried apricots.

Candied Pecans

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups pecans

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Directions:

Grab a skillet and turn the heat to medium- medium high. Put all your ingredients in there. Stir around the pecans until they are evenly coated and the sugar is nearly dissolved. Pour onto some parchment paper to cool.

Super easy, right?!!
