Broccoli Slaw

Broccoli Slaw

3 cups raw broccoli, chopped

4 baby carrots or one large carrot, peeled and chopped

2 slices cooked bacon, chopped (grilled chicken breast is a nice substitute)

1/2 apple, chopped

1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries

1 green onion, chopped

1 slice cheddar cheese, chopped

Briana's Poppyseed Dressing to taste

Toss everything together in a bowl. Makes 3-4 servings.
