Teriyaki Chicken- how we do it:

ingredients:

chicken thighs- boneless, skinless

olive oil

kosher salt

garlic powder

lemon pepper

sweet baby rays teriyaki sauce

*This recipe isn’t the most specific, but this is how we make it!

directions:

Heat your grill to high heat. Place chicken thighs in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Place chicken thighs on the grill, turning a couple times. Pull off the grill when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F degrees. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes. Brush with Sweet Baby Ray’s Teriyaki Sauce.
