Super Greens Mango Banana Smoothie

I am so excited to share my new favorite breakfast with you: Super Greens Mango Banana Smoothie!! This recipe was inspired by one of my friends. She is also trying to eat more plant based, and makes a smoothie very similar to this one every morning.

It’s such a great way to get in your greens and pack in all those wonderful nutrients from plants! This smoothie is not only great for breakfast, but it’s an easy thing to whip up as an after school snack or pick me up after the gym.

Super Greens Mango Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup super greens

1 banana

1/2 cup mango chunks

1/4 cup passion fruit chunks (optional(

1 TBSP flaxseed

1/2 TBSP chia seed

1 cup milk (I use almond milk)

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Blend together ingredients. Makes a single serving. I like to use frozen fruit so my smoothie is nice and icy!
