Mango Margarita Mocktails - Bring Home a Taste of Mexico!

One of our favorite things to eat when we visit Mexico is fresh mango. There is just nothing like it!! At the resort we stayed at they had these yummy mango mocktails we loved to drink at the pool. It had chili around the rim and the sweet and spicy combo is to die for!! We wanted to bring a bit of Mexico home to you, and one of the best ways we could do that was with this Mango Margarita Mocktail recipe!

Mango Margarita Mocktails

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen mango

3/4 cup water

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup ice

Garnishes:

1 lime, sliced into wedges

2 tsp chili pepper seasoning

1 tsp salt

Directions:

Begin with the garnish. Dump a tsp of chili powder seasoning and a tsp of salt onto a plate. Rub a slice of lime around the rim of your glass. Then dip the rim of the cup into the salt & seasoning.

Pour 2 cups frozen mango, 1/4 cup lime juice, 3/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar into the blender. Blend until sugar is dissolved. Add 1 cup ice. Pour drink into glasses. Garnish with lime slices. Makes 3 drinks.
